Full-service packages are all-inclusive – they capture all the services we offer – design and extensive planning of the entire event as well as day-of-coordination. This package is one in which you want us to be involved every step of the way.
Coordinating with the client and other contacts on all aspects of the event, venue selection, selecting a theme or style, Overall decor inc.l florals & lighting, floor plan and layout, Caterer, Entertainment, Photographer, Videographer, guest list management, seating chart assistance (if applicable) save-the-date, invitations, place cards, event website, menus, table numbers, event programs, party favors, information sheets, guest gifts/bags, childcare service coordination, creating & managing event timeline, contract negotiation with all vendors, budget management & coordination of final payment to vendors.

Save the Date Package
Day Before and Day of Coordination
This package is designed for the couple who have completed all their wedding plans and want a professional to execute these plan on their wedding day. Our day of wedding planning service begins two weeks out.
We tie any loose ends so you will be at ease. We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to your plans and specifications so that your special day is flawless. On your wedding day, we will be your direct line of communication for family, the wedding party, guest and vendors. Our team will communicate with and guide your vendors for set up according to your timeline.
Complimentary1 hr. consultation to wrap up details, personal vendor referral list according to your needs after first meeting, wedding day design guidance, services can begin 2 weeks prior to wedding date, One event coordinator and one assistant on your wedding day, One hour site inspection the week of your wedding, timeline of schedule events, final calls the week of wedding to vendor, 1 hour ceremony rehearsal, set-up & Coordination of Vendors, Handle all personal items for ceremony & Reception (guest book, toasting flutes, favors, etc.) distribute final payment & gratuities to vendors (paid by client), post reception clean-up(secure personal items, facilitate transportation, etc...)

Partial Package (Planning Only)
This package is designed for couples who only needs some assistance during their planning process or assistance only during the last two months of their wedding planning (the busiest time). We can help you complete the event design that compliments your vision and budget.
1 hour consultation to discuss design and budget, Wedding day design guidance in areas you still have left to complete, Services can begin as little as 8 wks. prior to the wedding date, Event coordinator and/or One assistant on your wedding day, 1 hour site inspection at ceremony and reception venue, a timeline of scheduled wedding events, contact and confirm all hired vendors and distribute wedding agendas to each vendor, Rehearsal coordination up to 1 1/2 hours, location set-up and coordination of vendors, guest coordination, handle all personal items for ceremony & reception (guest book, toasting flutes, favors, etc...), distribute final payment & gratuities to Vendors (paid by client), post receipt clean-up (secure personal items, facilitate transportation, etc...)

Full Service Package
Full Service Wedding Coordination packages are for the couple who want a full-time professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day or weekend. This services is catered to busy couples who want their ideal wedding, but may not have the time to plan and execute their vision while keeping their day job. This package includes but is not limited to assistance with:
1 hr. consultation to discuss design and budget, Budget template, Personal vendor referral list, Month by month timeline, Wedding day design guidance, Assigned event coordinator for your day (depending what day of the wedding), Transportation coordination, Website design for guest to RSVP, Bridal Party Rehearsal, Room Block Coordination, Marriage License info, Seating Chart, Site inspection at Ceremony & reception venue ( mileage invoiced at .55/mile separately), favors for the wedding, gifts for the wedding party, Delivery of gifts and personal items after wedding, etc...

Our a la carte menu items can be added to the Partial Package option to completely custom-create your event! With this service, we offer several items to pick and choose from so that your wedding can be uniquely yours. Need help with design or managing all the incoming RSVPs? We've got you covered! Need help making your vision for a social event become a reality (within your budget)? No problem!
May include: Wedding Venue search and recommendations, Visit and Tour Sites, Set up viewing appointments of venues to go over contract options, wedding design consultations, Honeymoon booking service, Website service, Invitations, programs, Calligraphy, RSVP, sending out invitations and save the date cards, dress fitting attendance, wedding favors, sending thank you cars, menu printing, hotel accommodations for you, wedding party & guest, gifts for the wedding party, rehearsal dinner design & coordination, etc...
